We have opened our 2025 calendar due to demand from previous guests wanting to rebook, to avoid disappointment book now and utilise our low deposit offer to secure your booking.

Additional Information.

​

Arrival/Departure: Arrival day is a Saturday after 4.00pm and check out time is before 10.00am. Minimum stay is 7 nights.

​

Booking/Payment: To secure a booking we require a 200€ deposit, which is non refundable. The remainder of the payment is due 45 days prior to arrival, payment by BACS transfer.

Security/Breakage Deposit: A 500€ security deposit is required during your stay, this is returned within seven days of the end of your stay, unless damages occur (subject to the owners discretion)

Pack and Go: On departure guests are requested to leave the Gîte clean and tidy, for 50€ we offer a Pack and Go facility either for that early start or you just don't want to!

​

Pets: We accept one to two small/medium sized dogs on request at the property at an additional charge of €40 per stay per dog. Your dog will receive a 'pooch pack' containing a blanket and bowl for use during the holiday plus pooch poop bags and dog treats.

Non Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the Gîte.

​

Returning Guests: All of our returning guests will be given a special discounted price on booking.

 

Taxe de SeJour: Each adult staying in the Gîte, is subject to the local tourist tax which has to be collected by French law. The charge is dependant on the number of adults and the cost of the accommodation, on the above tariff this can range from 0.63€ to 2.00€ per night and has to be collected separate to the rental charge.

Long Term Rental: As we only rent out during the holiday season from April to October, the Gîte is available out of season for a long term rental. Contact us direct to discuss.
